Position Overview Lument is seeking a Senior Designer, Marketing & Communications to lead and execute creative production and brand management across the organization, operating within established creative workflows and contributing to process improvements as needed. Reporting to the Senior Director, Content & Corporate Communications, this role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support Lument’s business lines, strategic initiatives, and market presence.
This position will serve as a central coordinator for creative intake, prioritization, and production — partnering closely with internal stakeholders, channel leads, and external vendors to manage workflows, maintain brand standards, and drive efficient execution. The ideal candidate is a well-organized creative operator with experience executing multi-channel creative production, managing vendors, and translating business needs into clear, actionable deliverables, ideally within a business-to-business, sales-driven organization. Familiarity with commercial real estate and financial services is a strong plus.

This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role will interact with external vendors, creative partners, consultants, and service providers supporting marketing and communications initiatives.

Annual base salary gross: $90,000 - $110,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX’s total compensation package for employees.
