Lument seeks a Corporate Events Coordinator to help plan, execute, and evaluate client events and industry conferences. You will coordinate vendor relations, manage logistics, and track ROI across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Events, you’ll maintain timelines, manage budgets, and collaborate with Marketing & Communications and production teams to ensure successful events. Some travel is required.
As the Corporate Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping to coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of Lument’s client events and industry conferences. As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, this role focuses on industry conferences, client events, promotional items, and memberships. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Events and partners closely with other Marketing & Communications team members and production teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. They will be responsible for managing vendors, coordinating event logistics, maintaining project timelines, and supporting the successful execution of events and related marketing initiatives. Familiarity with commercial real estate and financial services or other business-to-business sectors is a strong plus.
