The Senior Designer is responsible for translating creative direction and campaign strategy into high-quality, compelling visual work across a range of channels and formats. This role partners closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional campaign teams to develop and execute creative assets that are strategically sound, visually distinctive, and aligned with client and brand standards.
The Senior Designer brings a strong design foundation, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to take increasing ownership of creative concepts from development through execution. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work at pace with limited oversight.
Creative deliverables may include, but are not limited to, print and digital advertising, social content, infographics, one-pagers, presentations, email templates, GIFs, and other campaign and brand materials.
This is a full-time position based in our Alexandria, VA or Chicago, IL office. Purple Strategies offers a hybrid model and seeks employees who are comfortable working in the office three days a week.
Purple Strategies offers a competitive total compensation package with salary, bonus and benefits. Base salary for this position starts at $135,000.
