Qualifications

• Deep expertise in design systems, front-end engineering, or developer experience platforms.
• Track record of shipping developer-facing SDKs, component libraries, or platform products used by multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency — able to make architecture decisions and review code with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap; define design system priorities based on portfolio needs and research.
• Balance near-term adoption with long-term architectural bets and coherence across the experience layer.
• Lead paired engineer + designer collaborations to build and scale the design system.
• Drive platform adoption by releasing incrementally and validating with research.
• Partner with design leader to hire, develop, and retain talent in design systems and agent AI.
• Set governance for prioritization, release cadence, and design-token management.
