Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and ship two full design systems (institutional and consumer) across web and mobile. You’ll craft tokens, theming, and the Figma libraries while collaborating with engineers to ensure parity with production components.

You will define expressive visual language, motion principles, and accessibility, ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and scalable documentation for teams beyond design.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, with focus on design systems.
