Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own two design systems—institutional and consumer—across web and mobile. You will craft tokens, theming, and libraries, collaborate with engineers to ensure production parity, and maintain accessibility standards.

You’ll work in a fully remote team, driving design-to-code cohesion and governance, while shaping the visual language and motion principles that define the platform for both institutional and consumer users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, including 3+ years focused on design systems.
• Experience building and scaling a shared design system across web and mobile.
• Strong UI craft: visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and motion.
• Builds scalable components and design tokens, including theming.

Responsibilities

• Own two design systems end to end: institutional and consumer, with tokens, theming, and libraries across web and mobile.
• Define expressive layer: visual language and motion principles for both systems.
• Design and ship full stack system components from primitives to templates with polished interaction details.
• Partner with UI engineers to map tokens to production libraries and keep Figma and code in sync.
• Define system behavior on mobile and ensure parity between web and native surfaces.
• Hold system to WCAG 2.2 AA and document accessibility criteria.
