Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant, Design Project Manager to lead design coordination for new and existing construction projects. The role requires an architectural background and proven design/architecture/civil experience, with direct interaction with Owners/clients, consultants, and contractors.

You will assist in managing projects through all design and construction phases, prepare key documents, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality client

Qualifications

College degree in relevant fields.
Experience in project management on large-scale construction programs.
Experience in Design/Architecture/Civil works.

Responsibilities

Supports and reports to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction.
Ensure all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to meet client needs.
Prepare documents for programming, design and construction and maintain information in project management software.
Coordinate scheduling with the project team and communicate designs and project documentation.
