Job summary

Amazon Ads Creative Experiences Design team seeks a Senior Design Program Manager who will drive strategic design programs across UX Design, Design Technology, and Research. You will partner with Design leadership and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn strategy into action, manage dependencies, and enable faster, aligned delivery.

You will lead workshops, build scalable planning mechanisms, and strengthen organizational effectiveness while ensuring product commitments

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into effective solutions.
• Experience analyzing large datasets to drive continuous improvements.
• Experience managing UX programs with Design and Research.
• Experience building scalable, repeatable design programs and processes.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design leadership to translate strategy into clear programs, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Program manage design-led initiatives alongside ongoing product delivery.
• Drive design execution with visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate design, product, engineering, research and cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles.
• Create lightweight, scalable planning, prioritization, and review mechanisms.
• Facilitate workshops and offsites to turn strategy into decisions and actions.
• Foster transparency and accountability to strengthen design org effectiveness.
