Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Design Manager, Strategy Collection to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the 0-to-1 design direction for a strategic product offering, with a strong emphasis on craft, clarity, and intuitive user experiences. The person in this role will guide a growing design team through periods of adoption and scale while partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership. This is a highly cross-functional opportunity to influence both the user experience and the broader product strategy in an AI-forward environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $183,762 – $289,050 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the 0-to-1 design vision for a strategic product offering
• Set and enforce high standards for craft and visual polish across products
• Manage and mentor a growing team of designers as adoption increases
