Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own a meaningful product area from discovery through iteration, shaping experiences that help users navigate complex workflows with clarity and confidence.

You will design scalable web and mobile interfaces, including dashboards and AI-assisted interactions, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve usability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience shipping web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of shipped work, including AI-assisted experiences.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow is mandatory.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own a meaningful product area from discovery through iteration, shaping experiences that help users navigate complex workflows with clarity and confidence.

You will design scalable web and mobile interfaces, including dashboards and AI-assisted interactions, while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve usability and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong systems thinking, a thoughtful balance of rigor and creativity, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
