Reporting is both a product and a platform. The product helps our customers see what’s working and what’s not working for their business. It helps turn customer data into insights, insights into action, and action into results.   • Partner with product and engineering leaders to create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of reporting.
  • Establish product objectives, goals, and strategic plays to inspire teams to execute.
  • Drive results for a critical product area and help influence the future of the product line.

About UX At HubSpot

Our UX team is a passionate and diverse group of ~300 product designers, content designers, researchers, and design ops folks globally who build consumer‑grade experiences while solving enterprise‑level problems. Pay & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $230,218 to $368,396 USD, with on‑target commission and annual bonus. Additional equity, overtime pay, and a comprehensive benefits package are also available. HubSpot values fair compensation practices and transparency.
