Gensler’s Oakland studio seeks an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to deliver high‑profile corporate interiors from setup to post‑occupancy. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

You will drive proposals, contracts, and fees while maintaining design excellence and adherence to regulatory standards. AIA/NCIDQ/CID licensure and Revit experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in corporate interiors project types.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Experience managing interiors projects is preferred.
• AIA, NCIDQ or CID licensure preferred.
• Experience leading multiple project teams.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of corporate projects from setup through construction administration.
• Create and communicate clear objectives and requirements.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and coordination with clients and consultants.
• Lead diverse project teams including architects and designers.
• Track financial performance of projects and ensure profitability.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, and coordinate bidding.
• Ensure projects conform to contract terms and scope.
• Support business development and market strategy meetings.
