Job summary

MODIS Architects, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager II to join our Miami team. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects under senior supervision, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong architectural knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to lead project tasks from schematic design through construction administration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architectural licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables across internal teams and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
