Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural design experience.
• 8+ years of Revit experience with full construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating consultants and contributing to construction administration.
• RA, AIA, CID, and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Must reside in South Florida or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Create construction documents, including drafting and detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal team members throughout all project phases.
• Perform construction administration: shop drawing and submittal review.
• Interface with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction.
• Attend field and coordination meetings and support overall team communication.
• Ensure quality completion of deliverables on time and on budget.
• Manage client relationships and team communication.
• Serve as the client’s primary day‑to‑day contact, responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Track key metrics and project data.
• Assist with monitoring contract compliance and execution.
• Participate in programming, visioning, and site assessment tasks.
• Participate in the invoicing process.
