Job summary

Valeris in Morrisville, NC seeks a Designer for Reimbursement Support to help eliminate barriers for patients and increase access to lifesaving medications through detailed program design sessions with clients and partners.

You will gather requirements, lead design documentation, and coordinate internal resources to deliver contracted services on time while maintaining strong communication across distributed teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years in program design preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate with distributed teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions with client and stakeholders to design programs.
• Gather requirements and translate into design documentation.
• Coordinate Mercalis resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.
