Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Execution Project Manager to lead design activities for hyperscale data center construction, serving as the client's agent, advisor, and owner's representative through all design phases.

Ideal candidates will facilitate large design coordination meetings across disciplines, author scopes of work, and provide health reporting on cost, schedule, and scope while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred or 10+ years of experience.
• Prior data center design/construction experience preferred.
