You will oversee PCB design, firmware tweaks, and integration across hardware and software with a focus on RAMS and validation.

The role requires a strong background in PCB design for industrial power applications, hands-on testing, and leadership of cross-functional teams to meet demanding performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive PCB design experience for industrial power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electrical fundamentals.
• Hands-on testing and validation of custom PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for engineering milestones, including design reviews, testing, and inspections.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and design partners to meet specs, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering software/hardware design, verification, and field service.
• Design and develop PCBs in Altium; perform schematic capture, layout, testing, bring-up, and debugging.
