Greenbridge is seeking a senior Design Engineer to lead technically advanced equipment design projects across multiple industries. You will guide concepts to final delivery, mentor designers, and drive improvements in manufacturability, cost, and user experience.

You will collaborate with partners to prioritize work, develop prototypes, and present solutions to customers, maintaining awareness of industry trends and software updates.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Sciences, Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in design.
• Advanced to expert-level software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D/3D, TOPS, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, ShopTech.
• Strong knowledge of packaging material design for manufacturing and tooling.
• Understanding of design principles, packaging design, and design for manufacturability.

• Lead design-driven projects for specialized equipment from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop strategy and plans.
• Develop prototypes and design-driven solutions for business opportunities.
• Review peer drawings, SOPs, and test reports for quality and compliance.
• Present work to internal groups and customers and support sales efforts.
• Stay current with software updates, industry standards, and technology developments.
• Mentor team members and guide the creative process through milestones.
• Ensure projects align with strategy, budget, and schedule requirements.
