Greenbridge is seeking a Design Engineer to lead highly technical equipment design initiatives from concept to completion. You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop design-driven solutions, and create prototypes for multiple industries.

A senior designer will bring thought leadership, drive opportunities, review peers' work, and present outcomes to customers. The role emphasizes packaging design, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental standards, with a strong focus

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Packaging Sciences, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in design (or relevant level of talent + experience).
• Advanced to expert-level software program experience: SolidWorks, AutoCAD - 2d+3D, TOPS, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Pro), Microsoft Office, ShopTech.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highly technical equipment design-related projects aligned to strategic goals.
• Provide thought leadership, identify opportunities, review peers' projects.
• Collaborate with partners to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Develop design-driven solutions and prototypes for new products.
• Review/approve peer drawings, SOPs, and test reports.
• Present work to internal groups and customers and provide design-related sales support.
