Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in design of overhead cranes or heavy fabrication.
• Experience in a manufacturing or welding environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design packages and CAD drawings for manufacturing.
• Participate in Design Basis documents and review outputs.
• Design and model crane systems that are safe and compliant with industry standards.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to improve safety and efficiency.
• Create approval drawings for customer orders within deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with onsite team members.
• Be punctual and maintain manufacturing schedules; some overtime may be required.
