Job summary
Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to support a US Navy program in an on-site capacity in San Diego. You will review preliminary designs, evaluate changes, and address circuitry, power distribution, and self-test integration before and during production.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least seven years in Systems Engineering, and a Secret clearance. STF offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Must have at least seven (7) years of experience in Systems Engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design.
- Security clearance: Secret.
- Travel and telework as specified: telework not supported; travel not required.
Responsibilities
- Plans, integrates, tracks, coordinates, and executes installation management activities.
- Analyzes installation and production operations and systems, with risk-reduction recommendations.
- Supports production and installation Configuration Management, including tracking changes and documentation.
- Prepares installation documentation (JCFs, ICDs, SIDs, EDDs, SCDs) and shore-related reports.
- Updates and maintains engineering documentation during production per the ECP process.
