This position emphasizes shaping work around individual strengths, mentoring teammates, and engaging in holistic project delivery while advancing industrialized construction initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of senior-level engineering experience.
Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Industrial Engineering or related field.
PE or SE license required or the ability to obtain within 2 years.

Responsibilities

Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive project outcomes.
Acting as a coach and mentor to other team members.
Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts.
Shape the future of industrialized construction—your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered.
Contribute to systems that reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk.
