Job summary

Clark Pacific in West Sacramento, CA is seeking experienced engineering professionals for a senior role focused on complex structural systems and industrialized construction.

You will own design decisions from concept through fabrication and installation, mentor teammates, and influence product strategy while staying hands-on. A BS in engineering and 7+ years of related experience plus PE/SE eligibility within 2 years are required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level engineering experience
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field required
• PE or SE License required or able to obtain within 2 years

Responsibilities

• Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive toward successful project outcomes
• Acting as a coach and mentor to other team members by sharing technical expertise
• Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
• Shape the future of industrialized construction and influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
• Contribute to systems that reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk
