Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural or construction engineering experience.
• Senior-level professional with a strong technical foundation who is interested in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities.
• Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
• SE required or ability to obtain within 2 years.

• Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving toward successful project outcomes.
