Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PE or SE license required or the ability to obtain within 2 years.
• 7+ years of senior-level engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence strategies to develop complex systems and drive project outcomes.
• Coach and mentor other team members, sharing technical expertise.
• Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development.
• Influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered.
• Contribute to systems that reduce embodied carbon, waste, and risk.
