Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Industrial Engineering is required.
• PE or SE license required or ability to obtain within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive project outcomes.
• Act as a coach and mentor team members with technical expertise.
• Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts.
• Shape the future of industrialized construction and influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered.
