Clark Pacific, based in West Sacramento, California, seeks experienced engineering professionals with a strong background in structural, civil, and construction disciplines to join our on-site team. This senior role offers broad responsibility and visibility from concept through fabrication and installation.

You will own design decisions, mentor colleagues, and influence product strategy while contributing to sustainable, low-risk building systems in a hands-on engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level engineering experience
• Strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding impact beyond traditional design responsibilities
• Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes and support multidisciplinary teams
• BS in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Industrial Eng or related field
• PE or SE license required or ability to obtain within 2 years

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and drive successful project outcomes
• Act as a coach and mentor to other team members
• Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts

What You Bring:
