Job summary

You will generate and review drawings with GD&T, perform complex analyses (FEA/CFD), and guide R&D staff through design decisions while coordinating with Manufacturing and Quality teams. The role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, CAD (SolidWorks), PLM systems, and a track record of delivering innovative, cost-conscious product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years in R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of firearms and related products meeting requirements and cost targets.
• Create and review drawings with GD&T and ASME Y14.5 compliance.
