Role Overview: As an Electrical Integration Engineer, you will design and develop electrical components and systems for machinery like Large Wheel Loaders, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, and Off-Highway Trucks. You will support autonomous system installations, collaborate with global teams, troubleshoot electrical issues, and be involved in the entire design process from concept to production. You will also present your work to leadership, showcasing your innovations.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical components and systems for machinery
• Manage design, cost, quality, validation, and schedules
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Research and develop new technologies
• Develop and document functional design requirements
• Perform electrical load analysis and coordinate with system partners
• Build, test, and analyze prototypes
• Assist with supplier development and performance

Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering

Preferred Experience: Designing harness/cable installations, electrical schematic design (preferably Creo Schematic)

Skills

• Experience with Creo, Vis View, and Teamcenter
• Analytical thinking to solve organizational problems

Additional Information

This position requires full-time work in Decatur, IL. Relocation assistance is available. Travel may be up to 10%. Sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $110,520 - $165,840. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), HSA, FSA, wellness programs, employee assistance, discounts, career development, bonus, disability, life insurance, parental leave, adoption benefits, tuition reimbursement, and part-time benefits.
