• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the D&D function across segments and establishment of engineering standards.
• Lead training, mentoring, and career development for D&D engineers.
• Oversee design methodologies, CAD modeling, DFM, DTC, prototyping, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional D&D efforts with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and global teams.
• Lead IP defense and support legal processes related to product claims and deposits.
