Avery Hall is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator to own design intent from early design through occupancy, heavily focused on construction administration. You will lead on-site decisions, coordinate architects, interior designers, and consultants, and ensure the design vision remains intact while navigating field challenges.

The role requires hands-on management at active construction sites and a strong track record in multifamily and mixed-use development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, CM, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, CM, or Engineering preferred.
• RA license is not required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Oversee design intent through construction by reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, mock-ups, field sketches, and finish samples.
• Conduct regular site walks to verify design execution, field quality, finish consistency, and resolution of in-field design conditions.
• Resolve field conflicts, sequencing issues, and material substitutions without compromising the design vision.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, landscape architects, lighting designers, and specialty consultants throughout construction.
• Maintain the overall design vision across the full building process, ensuring field execution aligns with standards.
• Review concept, schematic, and design development packages for constructability ahead of construction administration.
