Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead in Tucson, AZ to guide transportation structures design within the Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead engineering teams, manage client relations, and work on freeway, highway, and interchanges projects.

The role requires extensive experience in transportation structures design, leadership of teams, and collaboration across disciplines to deliver value-driven designs for our clients and projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license, preferred states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation projects on DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into project delivery team.
• Lead design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantity tasks.
