Ryan Companies US Inc. seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join the on-site team for an industrial warehouse project. You will assist the project manager in executingRyan processes, coordinating RFIs, drawings, and procurement while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The initial assignment is on-site in Salinas, CA, with future California projects. You should have 2+ years of commercial construction experience, read engineering drawings, and be comfortable with estimating

Formación

• Four-year college degree in construction management or related field, or two-year construction certificate with 4+ years industry experience.
• 2+ years commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer or similar.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, PO, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Minimum six months on-site project experience before advancing.

Responsabilidades

• Generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Review drawings using Ryan checklists.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with PSQP.
• Coordinate vendor/subcontractor deliveries.
• Support Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Help establish site logistics and permit inspections.
• Manage Punchlist process and project close-out items.
• Assist in project procurement and bid evaluations.
• Support estimating with quantity takeoffs and unit costs.
