Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Design-Build Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams for transportation infrastructure projects in North Carolina and the southeastern United States. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, partnering with engineering and construction teams and contractors.

With a bachelor's in civil engineering, a North Carolina PE, and 10+ years in highway design, you will drive client satisfaction, contract administration, and project delivery on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Active North Carolina PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years in highway infrastructure design.
• Proven design-build project management experience.
• 5+ years of NCDOT DB experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead the development of design and construction plans in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Assemble and lead multi-discipline project teams and provide mentorship.
