Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Design-Build Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams delivering highway design-build projects in North Carolina and the southeastern U.S. The role requires a PE in North Carolina, 10+ years of highway design experience, and strong leadership and client management skills.

You will manage project planning, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with owners and contractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in highway infrastructure design.
• Proven experience in design-build project management, preferably for design-build projects.
• 5+ years of NCDOT design-build experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams on highway design-build projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and client relationships.
• Ensure quality and compliance with the design-build delivery method.
