Job summary

DRMP is seeking a motivated Senior Roadway Project Manager (PE) to help expand their roadway group in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you'll manage multiple roadway projects, mentor junior staff, and develop marketing strategies to promote roadway services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 10-15 years of engineering experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation and professional development programs, is offered.

Qualifications

• 10 - 15+ years of progressively more complex engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects for NCDOT and/or municipal clients throughout North Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for multiple roadway projects.
• Develop marketing strategy for roadway discipline in applicable markets.
• Mentor younger staff.
• Complete tasks within established expectations.
