Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. in Astoria, Oregon is seeking an experienced Design-Build Project Manager to lead large-scale design-build and construction projects from design development through closeout.

You will manage client relationships, contract administration, budgets, schedules, and team leadership to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance. Requires strong PM skills and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and/or design-build project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, including projects valued at $25M+.
• Federal Government project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of design-build and construction projects.
• Lead architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and P&L performance.
• Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Ensure Design Development compliance with RFP requirements and applicable codes.
• Manage procurement, subcontract administration, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
