Amgen is hiring a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and promote Amgen products in their territory. The role emphasizes building accounts, navigating payer environments, and meeting sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications include 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, a Life Sciences or Business degree, and strong market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education/experience as described in the Basic Qualifications.
• Three or more years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry.
• Local market knowledge and established relationships in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Adaptability with core competencies: Planning and Organizing; Communicating with Impact; Driving for Results; and Relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and discuss patient access and reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Demonstrate Amgen values and collaborate with colleagues to promote products and patient care.
