Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Product Leader for its Derivatives product line in New York. You will define the high-level roadmap, own market readiness for derivative valuation, hedge accounting and collateral management, and contribute to CECL product initiatives.

You will articulate the vision, write requirements, create JIRA stories, and guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with deep experience in fintech software for derivatives.
• Owns the full product lifecycle from problem to requirements and delivery.
• Experience translating market problems into development-ready features.

Responsibilities

• Own a deep understanding of the derivatives market and inform strategy.
• Lead product strategy for valuation, collateral/margin workflows and accounting.
• Support CECL product development with credit risk expertise.
• Create detailed business requirements and manage JIRA stories.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure business value is delivered.
• Define capabilities to capture high-priority opportunities in derivatives and CECL.
• Communicate roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
