Job summary

KBR Government Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams across 24x7 mission-critical facilities. You will oversee the SOW execution, cost, schedule, and performance, while coordinating with Contractor Officers, COTR, and Facilities leadership to deliver contract requirements.

Qualified candidates have an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance, 7+ years of PM/IC leadership experience, and deep knowledge of

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance
• Minimum 7 years of PM and Intelligence Community experience managing a large 250+ person workforce
• Experience in facilities management and 24x7 mission-critical environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of the SOW within cost and on schedule
• Interface with Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities
• Delivery of all contract requirements; manage subcontracts and personnel
• Strategic oversight: planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs
• Financial stewardship: oversee management reserves and expenditures
• Holistic integration: coordinate cross-functional teams to meet Government needs
• Risk management: allocate funds for risk mitigation and ensure outcomes
• Communicate with customers and maintain proactive dialogue with Government
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance with contracts team
