Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, with the work location noted as Nashville, TN. The role involves leading CMS/CEI efforts, managing budgets and schedules, and fostering strong client relationships on diverse nationwide projects.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of experience, and professional certifications like PE, CCM, or PMP. Travel nationwide and occasional international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project, or program management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• CCM or PMP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage staff effectively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMS staff and CEI.
• Support program leadership in planning, executing, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project teams, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and safety.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation with clarity and accuracy.
• Participate in proposal writing and development to support business growth and new project opportunities.
• Utilize MS Office Suite to manage project tasks, budgets, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
