Job summary

ConGlobal Industries LLC is seeking a Depot Systems Support Analyst to provide Level 3 IT support for depot employees and operations, focusing on resolving system issues, rate and pricing problems, and desktop support.

You will work with Operations, Customer Service, and Billing to ensure accurate rates, configurations, and smooth daily workflows, document fixes, test software updates, and guide junior Help Desk staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in container depot/logistics environments.
• Strong SQL querying and data review skills.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python for configuration and automation.
• Experience modifying application configurations and rates.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for depot employees and operations.
• Troubleshoot depot management and operational system issues.
• Coordinate issue resolutions with users and teams.
• Identify and correct rate, pricing, and billing configuration issues.
• Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Billing to ensure accurate rates.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network, and application issues.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and business apps.
• Escalate bugs to development or vendors as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Test software updates and features before deployment.
