Raymond James is seeking a Senior Deposit Operations Associate in Pittsburgh to manage client profile agreements and documentation for account set-up, and to oversee the implementation process for new accounts. The role includes maintenance of existing accounts, teller functions, escrow sub accounting, and training new staff.

Candidate will support ongoing client service, troubleshoot deposit issues, and maintain knowledge of Checking, Money Markets, CDs, and CDARS/ICS products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years bank operations in deposit operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit products including Checking, Money Markets, CDs, and CDARS/ICS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deposit Operations team lead on daily tasks.
• Perform client implementation set-up, maintenance requests, teller work, and quality review.
• Manage Escrow clients related to sub accounting.
• Assist with new employee training.
• Ensure all service levels are met and provide ongoing client support.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales, Wire Operations, Treasury, ACH, Loans, Capital Markets, and Compliance.
