Job summary

TriState Capital Bank in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Deposit Operations Associate to manage client profile agreements, implement new accounts, and support deposits. You will maintain knowledge of checking, money markets, CDs, and CDARS/ICS and work with multiple internal teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in bank operations, strong written and phone communication, and willingness to train new staff; occasional peak hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years bank operations in a deposit operations role.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Knowledge of Deposit products including Checking, Money Markets, Certificates of Deposits, and CDARS/ICS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deposit Operations team lead on daily tasks.
• Perform client implementation set-up, maintenance requests, teller work, and quality review.
• Manage Escrow clients as it relates to sub accounting.
• Assist with new employee training.
• Ensure all service levels are met.
• Responsible for ongoing client support.
• Work with Relationship Managers, Sales, Wire Operations, Treasury Operations, ACH Operations, Loan Operations, Capital Markets, and Compliance to execute responsibilities.
