• Bachelor-level education in finance or business with focus on banking operations is preferred.
• Experience with standard deposit products and client servicing is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deposit Operations team lead on daily tasks.
• Perform client implementation setup, maintenance requests, teller work, and quality review.
• Manage Escrow clients related to sub accounting.
• Assist with new employee training and ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Wire, Treasury, ACH, Loan, Capital Markets and Compliance.
