Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of all Deposit products, systems, and related processes.
• Experience with Checking, Money Markets, CDs, and CDARS/ICS preferred.
• Branch knowledge including teller work and new account opening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deposit Operations team lead on daily tasks.
• Perform client implementation set-up and maintenance requests.
• Manage Escrow clients related to sub accounting.
• Assist with new employee training.
• Ensure all service levels are met and provide ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Compliance to execute responsibilities.
