Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Deposit Data Quality Analyst to own deposit data quality across retail and commercial products. The role sits in CAO and aims to ensure data is accurate, complete, timely, and fit for regulatory and operational uses as the bank scales.

You will build governance, controls, and reporting to support increased complexity and growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in deposit operations or data management and familiarity with data governance and core banking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in deposit operations, treasury support, or data management.
• Strong understanding of deposit products and core banking systems.
• Experience supporting liquidity, resolution, or regulatory reporting data.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as business data owner for deposit data domains (DDA, savings, money market, CDs).
• Design and maintain first-line data quality controls; remediate issues at the source.
• Support regulatory requirements and audits; provide data evidence and updates.
• Maintain data definitions, lineage, and operating procedures; coordinate with enterprise data governance.
• Define and track KPIs/KRIs; drive automation and process improvements.
