Unknown is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 3–6 month temporary assignment focused on Doctor, practice staff, and corporate recruitment within the dental industry. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and can start immediately, engaging Partner Doctors and business leaders with urgency and credibility.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end searches, sourcing active and passive candidates, and advising leaders on market conditions and compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Dental industry recruiting experience is required.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels and functions (Doctors/Providers, clinical, corporate).
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Doctor, clinical/practice staff, operational, and corporate positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage passive talent.
• Advise hiring leaders on market conditions and compensation considerations.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with key stakeholders and manage offers through to acceptance.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
