Nobility LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Billing Specialist in Tennessee to manage the billing cycle for multiple practices. You will submit claims, post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve denials to maximize revenue.

The role requires deep knowledge of CDT coding, dental insurance guidelines, and A/R management. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential to coordinate with clients and offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct dental billing experience in a dental office environment.
• Deep knowledge of dental insurance, claim submission, payment posting, EOB reconciliation, AR management, and denial resolution.
• Solid understanding of CDT coding and revenue cycle management best practices.
• Experience with dental practice management software and electronic billing systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Submit, monitor, and follow up on dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Post insurance and patient payments while reconciling accounts and maintaining billing accuracy.
• Review and resolve claim rejections, denials, and underpayments to maximize revenue recovery.
• Manage accounts receivable aging and perform follow-up with carriers and dental offices.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation per payer requirements.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to resolve billing questions.
• Perform additional duties and special projects to support client success and operational objectives.
