Job summary

Nobility LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to manage the end-to-end dental billing process for designated practices in North Carolina. You will submit and track insurance claims, post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve denials to maximize revenue.

The role requires strong CDT coding knowledge, expertise in revenue cycle management, and proficient use of dental practice management software. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct dental billing experience in a dental office environment.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, CDT coding, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience with dental practice management software and electronic billing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit, monitor, and follow up on dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Post insurance and patient payments and reconcile accounts with accuracy.
• Review denials and underpayments to maximize revenue recovery.
• Manage aging AR and follow up with carriers and offices as needed.
• Maintain billing records in line with payer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve billing questions.
